Go to the SatoshiOffers Earn page and scroll down to “Survey Partners.”
Select CPX to open their surveywall.
Click the three stripes (menu icon) at the top-left corner and choose “Help.”
Scroll down until you see a form to fill out

Scroll to the bottom of the Help page.
Open a new support ticket and provide all relevant details about the survey in question.
