After opening the offer, scroll down until you see the “Submit support ticket” option.
4.1 Fill Out All Relevant Information
In your support ticket, be sure to include:
The website you came from: Mention SatoshiOffers.
Your SatoshiOffers ID: Find this in Reward Status.
The Offer you participated in: Provide the exact name or a brief description.
Screenshots that show you’ve completed the offer, including any user IDs from the game/app if applicable.
Any receipts or confirmations (if the offer required a purchase).
Estimated reward value you believe is missing.
